I wish to inform you all of a new incentive based employee referral policy that we have implemented beginning July 01, 2005.  Over the years we have found that some of our best employees have been hired as a result of referrals from other employees within the company.  Previously such referrals were informal and did not carry any incentive.  We want to encourage our employees to refer qualified US workers to open positions within the company.  Effective July 01, 2005, we will advertise all open positions on our website as well as through periodic emails of job openings.  If a current employee makes a successful referral of a US worker (referred US worker is offered the open position, US worker accepts the position and the US worker starts employment with the company), the employee will be offered a referral fee of $500 per successful referral.  We thank your for your participation in this program.  Please contact me directly if you have any questions concerning the employee referral incentive program.
