Customer story: Rochester Institute of Technology levels the playing field with AI for students who are deaf

After growing up in a place where many didn’t believe the deaf could do anything, Joseph Adjei arrived at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID), an institution dedicated to breaking down learning barriers for students who are deaf and hard of hearing. Now a Pre-Baccalaureate in Science, Joseph is benefitting from a culture that treats differences not as limitations, but as challenges to overcome.

Aided by Microsoft Translator, which uses AI technology, NTID is impacting more students than ever before. Check out their story in this video and contact us to learn how you can use Microsoft AI to break down barriers in your own business.
